_ 睡眠不足

昨夜は、なんとなく寝苦しくて、よく眠れなかった。久しく、こういうのは無かったのだが。そのため、今日は睡眠不足で辛い。早く、帰りたい。

NVIDIAから新しいドライバがリリースされてから時間がたつのにパッケージが出てこないので、ググってみたらメンテナのRandall Donaldのblogに

For those who care you can find NVIDIA 173.14.05 debs here I have a problem with X crashing at startup with a secondary non-nvidia card on my i386 box at work so I'm still trying to figure out that issue but for single card systems they should work fine.

という記事があった。どうやら、彼の環境では安定していないのがパッケージがアップロードされない理由のようだ。うちでは、ビデオカードは1枚しか差してないので、ここからパッケージをダウンロードしてインストールしてみた。

特に不安定になることもないようだ。が、画面の左上に影ができる問題は、このバージョンでも解決していないみたいだ。残念。

Comment 13によれば、こんな感じになるらしい。

Firefox will not run at all without the following system libs:

GTK+ 2.10 or higher
GLib 2.12 or higher
Pango 1.14 or higher
xorg 1.0 or higher

For optimal functionality, we recommend the following system libraries be
installed:

NetworkManager 0.7 or higher
dbus 1.0 or higher
hal 0.5.8 or higher
GNOME 2.16 or higher

やっぱり、かなり新しめのディストロじゃないと、厳しいかも。

Bugzilla-jp検索エンジンにも、もじら組標準の「も」アイコンがついた。これで、わかりやすくなったでしょ?

実は、つい先ほど気づいたのだが、"Our Contributors"がFirefox 3向けに更新されていたのね。日本人の名前が増えたなあ。
